User Agreement (Terms of Service)

1) Eligibility (17+)

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service.

2) License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance, Nexusio Team grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by App Store rules.

Restrictions

• No reverse engineering except where prohibited by law
• No circumvention of security features or unauthorized access
• No illegal use or rights infringement

3) Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information (name, username, email) and keep it updated.

4) Your Content

• Ownership: you keep ownership of your photos, images, text, and other content
• Permission to process: you grant a limited license to host/process content solely to provide the Service for you, consistent with our Privacy Policy
• Responsibility: you must have rights to upload and use the content

5) Photos, Face Data, and Biometrics

Nexusio is designed for paper-art effects and collage creation. We do not perform facial recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers for identification.

6) Optional Online Processing / AI-Assisted Features

Some features may allow you to upload images and/or text for processing on Nexusio Team’s servers (e.g., online rendering, enhancement, or optional AI-assisted generation). You control whether to upload and whether to generate content. Uploaded content is deleted promptly after processing completes (unless legally required or you request otherwise), as described in our Privacy Policy.

7) Apple-Specific Terms (iOS)

• Apple is not a party: this agreement is between you and Nexusio Team, not Apple
• Support: Nexusio Team provides maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to do so
• Warranty & claims: Nexusio Team is responsible for warranties and product claims to the extent applicable
• IP claims: Nexusio Team handles IP infringement claims related to the app
• Third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce this agreement as third-party beneficiaries

8) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexusio Team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid (if any) in the previous 12 months.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or to protect the Service and users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.

10) Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Nexusio Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11) Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except eligible small-claims matters. Disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
